Circles
Your Circle includes about six women, each from a different organization, none of you in competing roles. No one's vying for the same promotion or client, but they understand what you're going through. You can drop your guard and talk about the raise you're nervous to ask for, the role you want to play, the meeting where you weren't heard.
Each time we meet, you bring something real: a conversation coming up, a situation that's stuck, a win you're not sure how to claim. We'll work on it together, so you get five other sharp perspectives, and the chance to practice out loud before it counts.
I'm there as your guide. I keep the room safe and focused, bring the tools and frameworks, and make sure everyone gets airtime and no one hides.
As a result, this becomes a group you count on. Women who started as strangers turn into the people you text before the big meeting and celebrate with after. Your inner circle.
